Fascial Fitness
Staying fascially fit requires work as you need to be very focused on removing resistance and restrictions within the fascial pathways that can and do impair performance. One part of the body that is injured causes a ripple effect throughout the entire fascial system so a neck pain could be a foot problem.
At Ojas Wellness Center, we teach the following to keep our patients fascially fit:
1. Breathing and Mind-body exercises that allow for connective tissue softening and unwinding
2. Self-tissue release techniques that can be done daily in the comforts of home or office
3. Strengthening and movement programs that are introduced with the focus on quality of movement and body alignment
At Ojas Wellness Center, we don’t get comfortable with routines. We constantly mix and match patient’s body movement and vary the speeds and intensities. After all, a variety of movements is the key to healthy fascia!!
